Micromechanics and numerical homogenization approaches for heterogeneous materials (Integral Equation method with FFT solver, Finite Element Method)
Modeling and simulation of mechanical and transport behavior of micro-nanoporous media (from Molecular Dynamics to Continuum mechanics)
Stochastic modeling, statistical learning and machine learning
Contact mechanics (with friction/adhesive behavior) and tribology
Amorphous materials and characterization of properties (structure, pore connectivity, stiffness, wave propagation,..) by MD simulations
