Subject: “Towards ultra-low-power logic gates based on contactless capacitive MEMS operating in adiabatic regime”

Development of a new information processing paradigm based on capacitive microsystem devices operating in adiabatic regime and capable of performing basic Boolean operations as well as transferring information on the scale of a logic circuit, with a goal of consuming less energy per processed bit of information than usual CMOS nanoelectronics technologies.

 Supervision and guidance of Master level students during development of a RISC microprocessor using VHDL programming language on the Xilinx Vivado platform (21.75 teaching hours).
