My research works are related both to perception modelling and to the interaction modeling of the transport users (drivers, pedestrians). More specifically, I developed autonomous agents in the virtual world, a.k.a. Non Player Character or Bot in videogames area, in order to allow human subjects in VR studies to interact or not with theses bots.
Mutli-Agent System, Artificial Intelligence, cognitive sciences and psychology feed my research to develop driver agent and since 10 years pedestrian agents.
I was and I am also a member of several scientific committees of international conferences dealing with for example pedestrian modelling (PED, TGF), simulation (RSS 2017, 2019), and AI (ICAART), as well as of two committees of the Transportation Research Board since 2010, the ACH50 committee focused on vehicle’s user performance and VR simulators, and now ACH10 on the pedestrians.
